FAQs

  • As we currently focus on supporting low-income mothers, you can donate baby/toddler items in gently used or brand-new condition. The items should be fully functioning - without defects, stains or crucial missing parts. View a full list of what you can and can’t donate, and what to do with items you can’t donate on our blog post here.

We hope to extend the lifecycle of your items by passing it down to beneficiaries. For items that may not be in the perfect form for giving, we encourage you to take the extra step to whip it back in shape.

For instance, if your baby cot is missing a screw or obvious colour peels, consider repairing it by replace the screw or painting over the patches before donating. Sanitising the items prior to delivery is also highly encouraged!

  • We highly encourage you to help deliver the item to the beneficiary, either by dropping it off or mailing it to them.

You can choose to make use of services such as Grab, Lalamove, GogoX to help with delivery of your donations to the beneficiary’s homes.

We may be able to help arrange deliveries, but this is on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item donation value and volume.

  • We reach out to beneficiaries through charity organisations. This helps verify they are from a low-income background.

  • When you donate with Reloved, the donations are matched from donors directly to beneficiaries in the community. This helps charity caseworkers focus less on the logistics of receiving donations, and more on serving their beneficiaries.

Once you upload a donation, direct screening of the quality of donations also helps kindle more suitable, quality donations for them.
