Launched in July 2022, Reloved helps disadvantaged families receive the items they need, as quickly as possible. We partner with charities, overseeing the end-to-end donation process to make it more efficient for caseworkers. This way, caseworkers are able to focus more on serving the beneficiaries, and less on the logistics of receiving donations.

Our journey began after experiencing overcrowded charity warehouses filled with unwanted and unsorted items, and hearing caseworkers’ frustrations about the poor conditions of donated items. After multiple interviews and revisits to the drawing board, we delved into problems caseworkers deeply resonated with and started building Reloved. While in our early stages, we are currently focused on young mothers in need of baby and household items. In the future, we plan to expand our reach to other vulnerable groups.

Our objective at Reloved is to make donations more direct and impactful for donors by educating them about suitable items to donate and increasing transparency of the donation process. In turn, charities and their beneficiaries can receive quicker and better quality donations. We have big plans ahead to improve the supply-demand mismatch of in-kind donations, and hope you’ll support us in our mission.
